Fabric Overview
Corduroy is a cut-pile cotton weave with parallel vertical ridges (wales) running down the length — width of the wale defines the register: needle-cord is fine, jumbo-cord is wide, standard is in between. It is a winter-weight fabric: soft to the hand, dense to sit against, warm without being heavy. We carry needlecord, standard and jumbo in cotton and cotton-poly blends across the earth-tone palette.
