Custom dyeing, digital printing, embroidery, hand-craft techniques and specialist finishing let us develop a fabric that belongs to your label alone — weave structures, blends and constructions built to your specification and matched to your approved standard.

Colour is rarely off the shelf. We develop lab dips against your reference — a Pantone code, a swatch, a memory of a colour — and refine until the shade reads true on your chosen base. Approved dips are then locked and held consistent across the full production quantity.

Surface work is where a fabric becomes yours. We develop motifs with karigars for hand embroidery and with multi-head units for machine work, sampling each placement so density, thread and finish are signed off long before production begins.

Finishing decides how a fabric feels in the hand and falls on the body. We select the right route — softening, calendaring or a specialist treatment — and inspect every metre against agreed tolerances before it moves to dispatch.

Large runs live and die by coordination. We manage production schedules across partners, keep documentation clean for your accounts and logistics teams, and dispatch nationwide on timelines we commit to in writing.
