Screen printing uses a separate mesh screen per colour, with pigment or reactive ink pushed through onto the fabric. It is the workhorse of the industry for a reason: colour is dense and saturated, registration between colours is tight, and per-metre cost falls sharply once you cross a few hundred metres. VPAS ANANT develops screens in-house on cotton, viscose, poplin and satin bases, with pigment, reactive and discharge chemistry available.
